BV-ITIMES — Detailed Bill not provided for reimbursement claim

Myself, Geethu Amal is pregnant and is visiting Kims hospital Trivandrum for check ups and consultation. Dr.Shyamala devi is the pediatrician and the MRN is[protected] We are having insurance coverage from Al Madina Takaful provided from my husband's company with which he is presently employed and is internationally valid.

I have visited the hospitalon 3th September 2021 and had undergone some tests which we ought to claim for reimbursement. As instructed by the Insurance company, we are supposed to submit itemized breakup of antenatal panel with breakup of amounts. When checked with the billing counter, they refused to provide it.

Kindly look into it and do needful to issue the same ASAP
