I had done a bill for USG test by paying Rs 800 from my credit card for my sister Mrs Sasmita Jena (Who is staying at Kendrapara District) vide bill no KIMS-OCS-2169967 on dated 27th Mar 2022. Appointment given for 28th Mar 22 but due to emergency at domestic, she could not done the USG test. Since then i am trying for refund but no result. One Mr Manoj who is sitting at USG registration counter contacted many times but no result of refund....

Receptionist are not bothered about the patients and don't have the information about the doctors. I'm came with my mother and waiting for the doctor from 1 hour and doctor didn't turned up. More how much time should I wait. Now the receptionist is telling us to go to 3rd floor. Why should we go to 3rd floor. Is this how you treat a patient. Need the doctor immediately.

Instead of receiving assistance, Nurse [Name] not only behaved rudely but also discouraged the Resident Medical Officer (RMO) from providing the necessary injection, citing my oversight. This behavior was unacceptable and lacked empathy, highlighting a disregard for patient care and professionalism. I, P Saichandu writing this mail to KIMS HOSPITAL GACHIBOWLI express my dissatisfaction with the lack of response to our queries about obtaining CATHETERS invoice bills for EPS-RFA procedure undergone by Mother Smt. P.Srilatha on[protected] admitted between[protected] to[protected] . Despite multiple attempts via phone calls, messages and through Mains, contacting Sudha madam, Anil sir from medical billing, reports and purchase departments, we have not received our invoice bills.

Timely receipt of accurate invoices is crucial to claim reimbursement at SBI bank as Iam an employee at SBI bank, current lack of response since 3months is falling short of our expectations, causing inconvenience and frustration on our end.

We kindly request you to investigate this matter as soon as possible and provide us necessary CATHETERS invoice bills, and we hope for a swift resolution to avoid further inconvenience.

Very bad expirence from Dr. Nandhini and team. They don't try to patience problem. Poor quality treatment. Blood clotted on the area where they tripped. And also they don't print me discharge summary.
