I paid already for the item

Dont buy from https://www.11cart.com/ they will deliver damage product. After that they dont listen your complain. I ordered a self driven car for my kid and I found its head light is not coming and seat is broken after constant following up they didnt reply even.

The item in question was received in a damaged condition. Until I paid (it was COD) their support was very responsive. The moment I told them that I need replacement or refund their English support stopped responding. The number for refund/replacement is not active. Emails are never receive a response. These guys are real frauds. We should report them to the authorities.

The courier service Delhivery seem to be helping these frauds. Even after writing multiple times, I never got any reply on the damaged shipment.
