As they have promised the role of a mediator who will get back the money in 21 working days. They said around 21 days they will get the money back and for harassment, they will take the case to the consumer court by sending a legal notice.

After 3 months of continuous email and follow up nothing has been done from their side. The lawyer responded that it was my duty to take the follow-up and after few days they have said that they have taken follow up with the airline but no answer was done.

When i have asked them to show the proof they said that the same they cannot share as it is not in their policy.

They have fooled me for months and has done nothing till now, they have just sent me a draft which is easily available on google and asking me to mail and fight on my own to the airline.

They have done nothing at all on their behalf. I want compensation for not getting me the money for my ticket and the harassment which they both airline and aapkisamasya has done to me.

I given my compliant to aapki samasya that case was stuck from last 2 year against algoresearch trading, varansi, i given to him 120000 and they didn't paid me my amount but now before 2 month i call to aapki samasya and they resolve my case within month after meet aapki samasya i am so happy and i am so pround to him really his work is too awesome work

All those people who wrote false about Aapki Samsaya, Hate you guys, do not blame such a decent company who helps us, who fight for us.god bless you people. you helps me alot, Rs 29000/- means alot to me as I already give up but then connected with team aapki samasya, they charge some amount of fees but provide some positive response in terms of resolution.

A pathetic organisation which knows only to cheat and do fraud. They only know to take money from you and never perform any task. It can be that they claim money from the third party but never sends us back such cheater is the organisation. Very dissatisfied with the organization. They won't attend your calls or messages and neither attend your mail. They don't provide you the tracking details

Mere paise le liye or cash nahi solve kiya

Muje mere paise refund karo nahi to cash solved karo my cash id is as[protected]
Muje last 102 din se yese hi gumaya ja raha hai
Koi solution nahi de raha hai or paise bhi refund nahi karte
Or company staff is very very rust staff
Only taking about money one time payment done no any body give answer

This is a fraud company, i lost my money with complaint against airtel. After taking money they didnt responded. They will loot you. They will call you many times to send money, once you pay them, they will not pick your calls.
Please dont waste your hard earned money in these companies.
