to take my case. He also accepted the case then he said about his fees about 25 thousy. I also paid his fee by cash payment . This issue happened in January 2019 before covid. After once I paid the fees he said I filed a petition against the opposite parties. I also believed him. But later by late whatever I asked him about the case there is no reply from him. Then I finally asked him what are all the works you done in my case please give me the documents proof of documents. Then only he said it is tough case I'm negotiating with my seniors . I almost waited 12 months for this case. My hope was destroyed. Then I asked him to give my fees back but he refused to give and threatening me to not ask the fees back I don't know what do and where and how to complaint on him. Please help me..

I am residing in Flat in LRK Towers, Krishnalanka, Ramalayam Street and we are suffering a lot with a street dog in our street as it is chasing the people and especially children are totally deterred as it is chasing down the children and bike riders and all the inhabitants in our street are suffering a lot as it is barking loudly during midnights daily and as such I request authorities concerned to catch the said street dog move out of our street.

Sir I am existing executive customer on makemytrip. A booking id booking id NH[protected] was made for reservation at Raju regency park Chennai for 8 and 9 September but when contacted at reception for checkin the hotel refused for providing room by saying that they have no tie with makemytrip rather they further said that make my trip had hacked their hotel site in fact the entire booking amount was paid in advance to make my trip I immediately contacted the customer care and told them my problem they requested to hold the line so that they can contact the hotel at Chennai after some time the representative informed that the hotel is repeating the same thing what they told me I was informed by the executive the my matter shall be raised before higher officials and accordingly they would inform me hence we had no option other than to cancell the booking and had to take an offline booking in cash
Sir inspire of paying entire payment in advance a great embarrassing and insulting situation was faced and a compensation is liable to be paid thanks

I live in chitrakoot sector 1 jaipur . My name is shashi shekhar gaur i am an advocate in rajasthan high court jaipur bench.
My neighbor has cut a neem tree at night and argued with everyone and they called JCB to cut the tree and put it in 3 trolley loading tractor at 11:33 at night. They started there tree cutting work after 9 pm and held it by 11:33pm after we argued with them

Advocate name is kumara swamy, kurnool. He couldn't return my amount of Rs.20000/- and my case documents. Actually he taken 30, 000/- from him for civil case on September 2021. But he couldn't take any action of my case till now. He doesn't lift my calls for 3 months.

I reside in B-19, Metal Colony, Ambabari, Jaipur, here 5-7 stray dogs create nuisance, bite other pet/stray dogs n people in the society. Request to take these dogs as soon as possible and process ABC also.
It’s a nightmare now for us please please please take them away one of the ### is very aggressive and attacking please request you please, sharing a video of their attack 🙏 thrice they have attack on the dog.

I had purchased a tata tigor car on[protected] from Malayalam Motors. It was given for routine service at Vazhakkala. Now my car is showing battery complaints. I am made to understand that the car battery life is one and half years. This is blatant illegallity on the part of Tata Motors providing battery with such short life.

Product mismatch with the order totally fake

Sir, most respectfully I beg to say that there are many dogs in our area, about 20-25 dogs are present at this time in our area.These dogs have bitten many of the children's in our area. These dogs are disturbing the atmosphere of our lacality. The kids are scared.
So please come and catch the all dogs from our area.

I was transferred money on 15.04.2019 total amount 26, 878 timing 3:31 Pm from my saving bank account to my other bank, loan account that amount debited from my saving account but same amount has not deposit in my loan account and also not return to my saving account, hence illegally holding my money and they are not deposit nor return my amount it is violation of consumer rules.

D/sir, we have hire an advocate at punjab and haryana courts at chandigarh. We have paid him money in cash and from our account also. He charged from us to get justice but he help criminal (Ipc 420, 465, 467, 468, 471) to let punish criminal from punjab and haryana high court at chandigarh. But he haven't reply in court with all evidence of crime.in evidence of this complaint we have a receipt from punjab and haryana high court where it was mentioned clearly that "no reply has been filed by our advocate", we have a copy reply notary attested by advocate with proof which makes clear about that he have all evidence and haven't submitted in court. This advocate haven't submitted proofs in courts and get criminal free for next crime. Please help us to get justice and file our case against a high court lawyer who wants to support criminals.

Sub: Removal of illegal/unauthorised speed breakers erected in Gali No.8
(heading towards nala side) Vishwas Nagar, 60ft. road, Delhi-32

1. That on 17.01.2018 while coming to Karkardooma Court via gali no.8, I noticed that there are two speed breakers which are very high/dangerous. Due to these many accidents have been reported to have occurred. Even on 18.1.2018 my scooter slipped due to the speed breakers as a result I received injury. These all are unauthorized and illegal. When I enquired from the residents about constructing those speed breakers they told that MCD officials have constructed these speed breakers.

2. That the Hon ble High Court in WP(C) No. 104/2015 titled GURU HANUMAN SOCIETY OF INDIA versus GOVT. OF NCT OF DELHI & ORS had asked the road owning agencies to remove all unauthorized speed breakers. In an August 2017 order the Delhi High Court gave four weeks time to road owning agencies in the national capital to remove all speed breakers that were not approved by traffic police and that did not conform the prescribed norms. It also warned that in case of non compliance it would be constrained to take coercive action against those responsible.

At the first instance instead of filing an application before High Court in the above matter, firstly I am requesting that the above speed breaker may be removed immediately, preferably within one week from today, in order to ensure the safety of the passersby. If the action is not taken I will be constrained to move Delhi High Court to raise pleas in this regard at your costs & risk for which you will be entirely responsible for the same.

Hi team, i have airtel mobile network signalling problems when i try to call somebody from my airtel connection. Sometime suddenly my voice breaks some tile opposite side voice signal breaks. Sometime disconnect the phone or some time while dialing the opposite side number but no ring tone and call gets disconnect. I am facing this issue from last 6 months. I am not able to call to anyone from my airtel connection. For a 1 minit talk in a single dial my work gets finish now days takes 5 to six mints and i have to call number of times. Unnecessarily i have to pay some more amount every month which airtel will not deduct from my account. A joking answer from the airtel team is 3g network has some problem in my nallasopara east (Thane401209) location but it will get resolve soon. Till date technical team is working on it... Very funny!!! From last two months i continuously calling airtel peoples and i am getting same answer all times. I told airtel person if i am in mumbai i no network signal problem... No voice breakdown... No disconnection but when i am in nallasopara location problem starts.in mumbai i am using 4g network and in nallasopara also i am using 4g network..". What is the different between this two networks?" but when i try to call signal will change to 3g and after that 2g, and during this time voice is breaking i can't hear clear voice. I am facing this problem since 4 months, even i have tried many times to make complaints, but still all in vain. So please do the needful asap.

Sir, I would like to Place my few words for your kind information, Since one month is over banking system is not improved, vague answers and Reserve Bank is also not bother general public grievances, Kanataks Bank, JP nagar branch most of the time says no cash or they will give only meager amount as beggar .I would like state Banks staff including RBI staffs are reeving salary why problems could not be solved even after one month, If this situation continues banks may please be closed, public will do their own of way of savings, Ordinary citizen will not get any benefit or services from the bank since one month Bad planning and services

I got call from [protected] .This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company.he told me about interest free loan against hdfc life jeevan samruddhi Policy plan.He is telling me he is senior manager of HDFC life Insurance/loan dept.He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 250000 Then HDFC will give Rs 2500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to HDFC life .first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls

With the help of this forum, I would like to tell all people to not faith on such type of calls /offers.
These People are third party vendor working for these banks and getting commission on each sell of products.
Please be aware of such type of calls. One of my friend who has already taken a policy and he didn't get any loan after that.

When i asked them to provide me the link of your website to see the policy terms, but they replied that they them self clarify about any doubt from me, but i asked to provide link first and i will see thereafter.

kindly infor you that we have complained several times to local body & police authority about the hareshment by police to Advocate shri Amit yadav and due to unwilling harresment he has suside and after 36 hours the local police and judical body and state govt. has not taken any action before the members of Subhash nagar, Bhilwara Police person's. Even though every thing is in the knowledge of our state ministry of law / home their was no action taken and every time they are talking about the compensation of Rs. 100000/-. Is this justified ?. So god say not happened with you all as same in future at one day.
Think u correctly taken an action about all the people involed in the murder mistry.

Anybody listen to this or its simply waste of time & energy...its almost 2 months over my friend posted his complaint here but none action has been taken, so I'm worried how to get rid of this kind of problems if no one is helping innocent people like us. Is this world ment for only Gunda/Raudy people...can anybody help me please....otherwise If nobody listens then I might do something illegal thing...which I don't want.
The problem is:

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the above mentioned subject as I { Yash Singhal } Advocate Rajasthan High court is having a property in Kamal Vihar Plot No. 6, Mangiyawas Road Near Maharani Restaurant Prathviraj Nagar Jaipur . The said property was purchased by me for residential purpose adjoining to me on right is land lord on left i.e. plot No. 7 is of Sreenath property dealer at back of mine and north facing plot is No. 1 the owner of this plot has used my boundary wall and he has constructed on my boundary wall with out seeking my permission .

As the construction which he is doing is illegal as per the high court, and moreover he is doing construction with out leaving a set back .

In this context I have already given you a descriptive letter dated 7th July 2009 .

As the construction is in full swing, in spite of knowing that I am a advocate and the thing which he is doing is illegal he is neither stopping the work nor talking to me, he is saying that he is having some great contacts in JDA no one can even touch him .

I humbly once again request you to pls do something in this context and some action should be taken against him at the earliest .

Sir, My reliance broadbrand connection has the following troubel
When i go to any site, thereafteri cannot logout from the internet.
Whenever the dialog box of logout comes, it get hanged so that i cannot logout from the net.
I have made many complaints to the reliance company and registered the complaints. But nobody attended to the complaint so far. t is too bad.
