I was transferred money on 15.04.2019 total amount 26, 878 timing 3:31 Pm from my saving bank account to my other bank, loan account that amount debited from my saving account but same amount has not deposit in my loan account and also not return to my saving account, hence illegally holding my money and they are not deposit nor return my amount it is violation of consumer rules....
