Harrowing experience for a Super-senior citizen having trusted brand Akai India:
Service team head Mr Rahul Mehta 's entire team has not only FAILED over days to register a service complaint (since 3 days and counting) but he is also MISSING IN ACTION despite reminders and mails sent to him.
Worse, BOTH, Ms Aditi Rana and Mr Anil Kumar under Mr Rahul Mehta claimed that he has to give his "permission" for his team...

Bought this on 1 Sep 2021. It stopped working on 28 Jul 2022, well within warranty period. Complained to Customer Care. On 1 Aug, a technician checked the TV and found the panel has gone bad. He said he will report the issue and get a replacement in two weeks' time. After two weeks, I emailed Customer Care, which just forwarded my mail to a company official. Today is 13 Oct, and my complaint has not been resolved. I have sent several emails...
