Cheap cloth outfit, refused to exchange

I ordered dhoti saree and blouse . The saree was made from cheapest materials, fitting was bad . It looked like worn by someone n washed repeatedly.
I emailed them my concerns n that the product looked nothing like the photo . ### kept replying that as per policy only if the product is defective they will exchange it . Stupid people, that is exactly what I am complaining about!! I received a defective product n they just ate my 3000 rs . ### just die

I placed an order on 15/01/2023 and canceled it on on the same day.
I even received a confirmation on 18/01/2023 from their whatsapp chat service that my order had been canceled as well.
Yet I still haven't received a refund even though their policy says that they will.
Every time I call th customer care number it is busy and after 13-14 tries someone picks up and says that they have intimated the tech team and I shall receive a refund link on my registered mobile number.
It has been about 2 months but I have received no such link nor have I received the refund amount (Rs. 699).
I even received a confirmation on 18/01/2023 from their whatsapp chat service that my order had been canceled as well.
Yet I still haven't received a refund even though their policy says that they will.

It’s both product worsted quality I request return or replace but they not allowed . I request don’t buy this side any product . This is my first n last time . Sach very cheap quality business they doing . If they not allowed refund or replace then it’s one time business n they will lose their business

Complaining about an order which I have returned but not receiving a refund for.

I ordered a kurta (Order no. 131943) from Alaya by stage3 on 10th October 2022. Kurta's size was not as fit, So I returned the order on 15 October 2022. The request was approved on 21 October 2022 and It was picked up from my place but I didn't get the refund then I contacted customer care for refund status and they said a refund will be initiated after 30 days this is a policy. Then I contacted them again after 40 days and have been following up with them on call and by email, The only answer I am getting again and again that "Thank you for your patients it will be reflected soon" but I am not getting any help. Now It's more than 3 months have passed but there is no update of my return. It's unethical.

I returned their product long time back and after following up they said they received it on 27th October. Then I was told I will receive my refund within 30days and I still haven't received anything in return. My order no. Is 132696....

Refund policy

I ordered from alaya by stage 3 a kurta which i was not satisfied as it was not as shown in website. I returned the order on July 22 and it was picked up from my place on July 25th, thereafter i contacted after 7 days for refund to which they said it has been initiated and will be reflected very soon. Now it’s been another 25days since my last contact and the refund has not been reflected yet. The refund policy stated 30days which being a patient consumer I tried to not disturb by calling again and again. But this is really not good sign as for refund maybe the consumer has to make certain calls. There has not been any contact from the store side by emails or any manner on when will the refund reflect. It is really unethical.

Products on sale are wrongly sized

They put a product on sale which is wrongly sized and then they cancel the return saying it was on sale. If their size chart says S will for bust 36 and I order a bust 36 and it doesn't fit me because the blouse has shoulders and arms and sleeves which are not mentioned in size chart. They ask the designers to produce as cheap as they can then they buy outright and sell it at a cost 5 times of purchase and if they put the wrong size chart in sale how is a customer not liable for a size exchange ?

I placed an order with Alaya for 2500rs in the last week of Dec 2021, since it was cash on delivery, I received the order in 4-5days.
However the fit was not good sp I exchanged it for a different size. The order was picked up on 3 Jan and I got no update after that.
I have been following up with them on call and on emails and getting no help. The only answer I am getting again and again is that it will be dispatched ASAP/ we have put it on priority.
They have no update on the order and they are unable to provide any date when I will receive my order.
It has been a month now and I am continuously following up with them and have not got any update.
Now they have the money they are not even bothering to dispatch the order.
Kindly let me know if you need the screenshot of the emails that I have been sending them.

Absolute Nonsense, I placed my order on 1st week of december, received the product by 1st week of january. BAD QUALITy, BAD FITTINGS, decided to return the product, now they say the product is received by the them and is under QUALITY CHECK, once the quality check is over which will take 1 week they will take 30 days to give the refund. Today is 12th January, purchase to return to refund takes them 3 months time, by then they probably expect the customer to forget the money. in name of policy they are cheating the customers.
ABSOLUTE CHEATING !!

I ordered a dress from this website https://alayabystage3.com/ on the 1st of December 2020 - I received it on 29th December 2020, tried it on - the fit was very bad.
Wrote to them on 30th December, they replied on the 3rd January saying that I should use this link to return it

but the link did not work because it had been 30 days since the I placed the order.
It took me many emails and calls for them to finally take the return after their call helpline refusing to do so and rude staff.
Finally they took it back - the return pick up came on 12th of Jan
They said it would take about 14 working days to initiate the refund.
They informed me they received the shipment on 20th of Jan
(Although domestic shipment in my experience does not take that long)
Today (4th of Feb) I asked for an update, they said they have not yet received the shipment.
They're extremely troubling and not following through with simple policy - I see on their social media that a lot of people face this problem. I am not receiving any proper response from their end.
Its incredibly difficult to even get a simple reply
and a LOT of their customers seem to have the same problem

I placed this order on 8th October and received the order on 11th October, I was not satisfied with the order and place return the order within the return time limit. It's been more then a month now I have still not received the refund for the same. Emailed n number of times but they always send the same email by saying that sorry for the delay, soon will receive a cashfree link to redeem the amount. But not received till now.
Also the only number which is mentioned everywhere is coming switched off continuously (+91-[protected])
It's really not the way you should deal with your customer and waste there time and money.
I don't think any app take that much of time to refund the amount. Worst experience ever.
Still hoping to get better revert or call from you people.
