Refund request. Excess amount deducted from my fastag

I have been charged ₹655 for one side on ALEP Main Plaza 21 on 18-Feb-2024 time 00:19. vehicle number:- UP16CB8468. Please look into this matter and provide me refund ASAP. Transaction details attached for your reference. customer care confirmed that this is not the actual charge. So request you for speedy recovery and amount reversal.

Wrong Deduction

I have cross this toll on 20th June 2022 and deducted of Rs. 650 done against my personal car. I think this is wrong deduction against the personal car. Please arrange refund on urgent basis.

Rs.650 deducted as toll for single entry

DL9CAN4944 is my private car. Yesterday when I was on the way to Lucknow and while crossing this toll plaza, Rs.650 was deducted from my Fast Tag.
It was the charge for 3axle taxi vehicle which has been charged against my personnel car.

Kindly refund the balance amount to my Fast Tag urgently....
