I booked my cylinder in April last week 2020 and received a message on 1st May that your cylinder is delivered and when I called them they said its by mistake. And they delivered cylinder on 3rd May that too without any receipts. Since then I'm waiting for my subsidy amount to credit in bank account but I didn't recieved anything.
I think they are taking subsidy amount by showing Delivery of cylinders in their owned accounts...

I have booked clynder on 18/mar/20. I got mesage to my mobile on 21/mar/20 and 23/mar/20. I received the message that my door is locked for delivery. Actuall i'm in home on those days. When i called on 24/mar/20. They told that delivery person was changed. So they will deliver on 25/mar/20. But not delivered on that day. Again when i called 26/mar/20. They are telling all delivery persons are in leave. They will call after couple of days...
