Apex Water Solutions Complaints & Reviews

We called for kent ro sevice to the number that pooped up after google search. When we called them they answered and pretended to be kent and not the real company that is apex water solutions. When the service executive showed up he changed a few parts and was asking for around rs 5000, but also pushes you to pay rs 6000 for full annual maintenance contract which would cover this 5000 plus any issues incurred in next one year free of cost. I saw the membrane replaced was not genuine kent membrane. I inquired and he mentioned its genuine its just the packaging has changed. He also wrote down a plan for the further services and what all needs to be changed and when. So we payed him the money and he went off. Now the water could only be tested after emptying the full tank post which it had a very bad taste. So we complained about the membrane being duplicate. They sent two executives who confirmed that the membrane was duplicate and made setting so we could have clean water. But the taste was same and we did not accept the changes made. So they told us they will bring a genuine membrane the next day and put it on. But after that nobody showed up. The executive that took rs 6000 has his phone turned off since the very first day. Customer care has been called more then 100 times but their reply is always that they are sending people but nobody comes. Its been almost 3 months now and nothing has been done. The resolution we want is our full money back so we can call the genuine kent service.

Apex water solutions is an absolutely fraud company. I had asked them for servicing my RO. The boy who came was extremely arrogant and rude..He opened and checked my RO. It was working perfectly. He asked me that i need to change the carbon filter. I said i'll do it later..when he put back my RO it stopped working and was making some wierd noise..when i asked him what had he done..he said " yeh pehle se hi aisa tha aap jhoot bol rhe ho". I refused to give him the money and asked him to put the RO in the previous condition he refused and was arguing..i asked him to go out of the house, he didn't and told that jisko bulana h bulalo..then anyways i had to change the carbon filter because my Ro had completly stopped working..he changed it.a nd from the very next day the RO had completly stopped working..and now i'm calling them they r not pickn up the phone..first they picked up and listened to my complaint and cut the phone..and they are now not picking up..please don't go to this company and i think the things which they have changed are not original. They have taken 4500 from me.

Completely fraud please don't go to this company and strict actions should be taken against them
