Not satisfied with the salary

We are getting only 4800 at hand while its in paper.They said Its PF cutted and all..Whatever but we want our salary atleast 6000 in hand. We are not satisfied with the salary as the work we are doing for 8 hours. And no offs in a month. They said Its MNC, while MNC provide the weekly offs as well as cabs and monthly off too.. But we do have any such facilities. We just want to increase our salary.
