VOTERS LIST DOES NOT CONTAIN MY FAMILY MEMBERS
WE CHANGED ADDRESS FROM TYPE-II, 20/7 TO TYPE-III, 35/8, HVF ESTATE, AVADI, CHENNAI -54, AND WE DONT FIND OUR NAME IN THE VOTERS LIST FOR LAST TWO YEARS., CANT WE INCLUDE OUR NAME NOW. THREE MEMBERS ARE LOOSING THEIR RIGHT OF VOTING, IS THERE ANY PROVISION TO VOTE WITHOUT VOTERS ID CARD ?...
