Payment issue payment deducted but ticket to Chittorgarh fort not issued

On 28 march 2024 at 7.23 am, I made a payment of 35 rs to asi for visiting Chittaurgarh fort. The amount is deducted but no ticket generated.

Money deducted but ticket not issued on ASI

Address:Hauz khas

Yesterday on 22nd September 2023 I booked 5 tickets for Hauz khas fort online and money was deducted but no ticket was issued. Kindly reimburse my payment....

Money deducted from account but ticket not generated

I opened the site and book two tickets for redfort museum and monument
But money was deducted and tickets were not generated
I paid it through my debit card of Punjab National Bank.
Transaction time was 16/07/2021, 3:25 pm...
