To unblock my account

My account is blocked from last couple of weeks. whenever i try to make transaction it says your account is blocked visit your bank. and when i visit the bank they repeats the same thing come after 3 to 4 days. it causing me immense inconvenience as many work are stuck with this bank issue. i want my to be unblocked so that i can do my day to day work...

To unfreeze my pnb account and enable online transactions

ATM cash withdrawal not successful

I have done a cash withdrawal on 10th January 2025 around 9:30am from ICICI Bank ATM for 5000rs from my PNB debit card. However, cash did not came out from ATM and my account has been debited.

insurance policy while availing home loan

We, in the process of availing homeloan came in contact with Mr Pankaj Nigam from PNB Housing Finance who was our agent to assist during the formalities. He pushed us to take insurance while opting for Home loan and mentioned that we can get it cancelled after the loan is disbursed. Not getting the refund money

My name is Soumik Misra and I had ordered " JGD 5 Pin Mini USB Cable (35 CM) USB 2.0 Type A to Mini B Cable " of Rs. 149 in Amazon on 29th August and I cancelled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 29th August Amazon initiated the amount to my bank but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number

PNB issued me fast tag, but sometimes fast tag not works at toll plaza and that time toll plaza staff scan the fast tag and charge amount. Message of amount deducted also received me on my mobile. But now Bank is deducting RS 2570 and saying it is not deducted. I have no toll wise details of due amount.

Please provide me toll wise details and also inform how it is possible that huge amount cannot deducted while without paying toll fee no body can cross the toll.

My vehicle number is RJ01CC3067.

My fast tag account has been debit freeze by bank and my fast tag is showing hot listed. I am unable to travel by my car due to this hot listing.

Please make my fast tag account unfreeze.

      Amazon has to sent me a refund of Rs 299.00. They said the have already processed the amount on[protected]. When I talked to the PNB agent, I was told that no such amount was received and asked me to launch a charge dispute form. Therefore please help me. The reference number is[protected].

          I want to tell you that I had paid off the loan of both the buses in 2013. I also have its NOC and the slip of the money I had deposited. Have made guarantee in cibil on my personal pan card from 2013 to 2024. Why are you doing this otherwise I am telling you the truth. Then I will have to immediately take recourse to the law. I used to respect Punjab National Bank. I respect. I used to respect everything from CIBIL department to RBI. I respect. I want justice. I want justice. I was a partner of this form and had a PAN card in the name of the partner of this form and in this form In this, my CIBIL has been spoiled by making me a guarantee. Now, after 12 years, why am I being avenged for what? I have every kind of evidence. There is evidence of one thing or another. I paid off the loan by selling everything I owned. I used to respect Punjab National Bank. Respect!.Give me justice. Remove this CIBIL from my PAN card. Remove CIBIL of buses from my PAN card. Remove CIBIL of PAN card from me. Remove the CIBIL of buses from me. What do I want to prove by making a guarantee when the entire loan was paid? Now after 12 years why am I being harassed? I don't want to take recourse to the law otherwise I will take recourse to the law. To this day I am devastated. I sold everything and paid off your Punjab National Bank loan in full. Why are I being harassed now? Why am I being harassed? RBI itself says this when you repay the bank loan. Be sure to immediately take NOC from the bank so that you always have proof with you. If the bank has given NOC, then the loan to the bank has been repaid, it has been repaid immediately. This is the biggest proof. Why are you bothering me? Why are they punishing me after 12 years? I paid the debt truthfully. Sold everything and paid off your debt. They are being punished for this. I beg you. You please correct the CIBIL of the buses with my personal PAN card.When I have paid off the entire loan then why are you making me a guarantee for the settlement on my personal PAN card? When I was a partner and when I had paid off the entire loan then what did you do after 12 years? You are punishing me. I have every kind of evidence. There is proof of every NOC. I will again take recourse to law under compulsion. I beg you. Please correct my cibil. Please correct my CIBIL. You will be greatly appreciated.

                Sub: COMPLAINT FOR DECEIVING CUSTOMER TO INVEST IN SCHEME WHERE MONEY CAN ONLY BE WITHDRAWN AFTER DEATH OF CUSTOMER.

                Sir/Madam

                1. This is to inform you that, I am an old customer of Punjab National Bank and have a Saving Account and Locker with your bank for the last 20years and more.

                2. I say that on 26/11/2022 I approached your Bank in order to add a saving amount or make a rightful investment of Rs.500, 000/-(Five Lakhs) in your account. It is to further inform you that I was guided by one of your staff namely Mrs. Shikha and Mr. Resham Patel for the same.

                3. I say that it was clearly informed to the staff that the amount of Rupees Five Lakhs is to be saved or invested in the Bank, were in the amount can be withdrawn at any given time or a loan could be given on the said amount.

                4. It is to inform you that the office staff members mentioned above, suggested me to create a PNB MetLife insurance Immediate Annuity Plan-117N095V07 which, would give me a return of Rs. 31, 561/- (Thirty one thousand Five Hundred and Sixty one Rupees) Annually and assured me that the amount could be withdrawn. It is to further inform you that it was falsely informed to me by your staff that once I invest in the given insurance, I would be able to withdraw the amount after a year and would get higher returns after 5years on investing in MetLife insurance.

                5. It is to inform you that being an Old Customer with Punjab National Bank and trusting the Bank, I invested In MetLife insurance, which would allow me to withdraw the amount after a year or at least take a loan on the said amount.

                6. It is to inform you that I would be turning 60years of age, and have health issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Diabetes and unknown Joint issues for which I am in serious need of money for my health Checkup further my daughter is getting married in the year 2024 for which a reasonable amount would be needed.

                7. I say that upon visiting the PNB branch on 24/11/2023 to withdraw the amount of 5Lakhs which has been invested by me, I was told by the staff members that I am unable to withdraw the amount and would only be able to withdraw the amount after my death, wherein the nominee namely Mr.Eufemiano Francisco Barreto, who is my husband of 65years of age would be able to withdraw the money.

                8. I say that I am traumatized by the professionalism of PNB staff as they have miss guided and deceived me in investing a huge amount of my saving into an insurance where I am unable to withdraw my money nor take a loan on the said amount.

                9. I say that I was asked to visit the bank multiple times since November in order to withdraw my money. I further say that I have not received any clarity on the amount invested and was ignored completely by the staff Mrs. Shikha and Mrs Resham Patel.

                10. I say that upon visiting the bank multiple times for a month I was recently told that I cannot withdraw the amount nor can take a loan on the invested amount.

                11. I say that I have been deceived by the staff of Punjab National Bank and I am now unable to withdraw my money when I need it the most.

                12. I say that I write this Complaint to you in order to let PNB allow me to withdraw the amount of Rs.500, 000/- invested in the bank or transfer the amount to a fixed deposit on my name.
