I am Ajay Kumar Kshatriya and I have an account in PNB Bank Branch Nichibagh Chowk and a/c no. is [protected] . My name is Soumik Misra and I had ordered " JGD 5 Pin Mini USB Cable (35 CM) USB 2.0 Type A to Mini B Cable " of Rs. 149 in Amazon on 29th August and I cancelled this order due to personal reason on same day. I was Filling my IB Form online after completing the process I enter to payment by UPI in phone pe the account gets deduced, but the status was not updated.
