35+ yr old male autorickshaw driver hit my dog while overtaking car from left side at chowk, MH12KA2861...

I took an autorickshaw yesterday from MG rd, Clover center, to Pimple Saudagar. But this autos meter was running so fast than usual that till i reached Pimple saudagar he charged me 387, whereas usual amount shud not be more than 220. After reaching to the destination i had to pay him 387 Rs as he was not ready to listen to anything and was shouting at me.

The auto rickshaw driver of the mentioned rickshaw number MH 12 AQ 3994 did not accept the ferry when requested to go by meter. He was verbally charging Rs 100 for 2.5 Km of ride. When I told that I will pay as per meter reading he refused to take me and my wife to the destination. So I told him that I will complaint about him not using the meter to charge the fare. Then he started abusing me and also tried to throw stone at me. Request you...
