I ordered some cloth from beyoung and i washed the clothes. Its color fainted in first wash and whole cloth is damaged... No body taking responsibilty. Seriously

I have ordered T-shirts and jogger’s from Beyoung, the quality of the product is too bad and the product is too low grade, I told beyoung to initiate return and process bank/cash refund, they are telling me they won’t issue bank/cash refund. My hard earned money is not being returned.

I have taken two joggers from @beyoung.in app on cash on delivery basis.
I received old wered smelling very bad clothes in ecard.
I tried to reach the customer care number but I failed after struggling hard I reached to the customer care number.
After doing hard work emailing them all the photos and details they replied we can't help you in this problem delivery partner has done this so I didn't get any satisfied answer I request to get justice and refund my money back.

Placed an order from here, already paid in full. Was told to expect a 7 day delivery time. Checked the tracking ID of the order after 7 days, and the order is yet to be even shipped, and the expected delivery date keeps getting delayed day after day. My order ID is 1660386 would like an answer on when I should be receiving this order, or at least get issued a full refund.
I mailed so many times there is no response from the team ?

Order is placed on 14 june. Still no movement in shipping. What a ridiculous service. No customer care number, no response to emails. Looks like a scam - Can you call and answer my query
