Dear Sir,
I was once doing an online transaction where is saw an ad of big flix .Com on the transaction page offering online movies for rs 1 subscription per month. I bought it and also clicked on a checker box for recurring subscription of rs 1 per month. The first transaction went smooth but this month I saw Rs 249 got debited from my A/C. I felt cheated and when I tried to contact them they didn't have a contact number...

My customer id with Bigflix.com is 27815117. This account was renewed in the first week of October 2011 for the next 3 months. However randomly in November the company decided to end their DVD home delivery service which i had opted for and asked us to take up compulsorily their online version of movie rentals.
