My money was deducted but I got no refund or paid

After i paying for 10th examination form for school. My money was deducted but in online it’s showing unpaid. So if it’s unpaid my money have to refund but it’s not....

Payment related issue

My payment was failed but my money was debited from my account. When I check in the student login section, then it shows payment not received. I paid the amount by the debit card ending with XXXX2203. Please help me....
