My neighbour keeps on playing loud music daily for the whole day on loud speakers. Please do something as the people of whole street are disgusted with it.

The area is Maria chowk, jagdama assthan, R.N. college road, hajipur, Vaishali, Patna. The loud music started playing on 18 Feb and is still playing 21 Feb. Now its 5 A.M. I'm a student of 12 & I've to appear the CBSE BOARDS nearby 24 Feb 2023.
I need a better sleep for my examination.
How is one supposed to sleep in this loud noice.

There is no way to complain about it to local authorities that i am aware of.

Please do something.

This is regarding the excessive noise pollution in Jaihind Gali, Opposite Gulzarbagh Stadium, Patna, caused by the loudspeakers. From 10th June, 2022, the muslim religious programme was to be held and three days before itself the announcements for it began on the loudspeakers. As of now, the ceremony is still on till now. (Along with the continuous shouting on the loudspeakers). It's extremely difficult to cope up with such loud noise. I have nothing against any religious faith but the noise makes it difficult for students like us to concentrate. Also, it is troubling the elderly at my home. My only plea to the authorities responsible is to stop the speakers. For this, I shall be highly obliged.

There is so much loud music near my house in the temple. It is unable to study and prepare for examination . Please Help us...

It is very very creating problem to us, as everyone o[censored]s is irritated with them. They are playing very high music at now(10:30pm). From morning, the sounds are very much disturbance. Even after giving warning, they are behaving rude and said they will play without any fear. Please help us as soon as possible. The guest house is creating very much problem day by day. Our exams, offices are going, not able to do anything.

In my neighbourhood somebody playing loud speaker disturbing sleep time. They should either stop or lower down the volume and let other sleep.

There is a school near my house in munna chak kankarbagh that plays all of its prayers and assembly on the loudspeaker. There is bo need to do it since they can actually do it inthe auditorium without making the whole locality hear them. Its verg annoying to hear that every morning around 8 am. Especially when the garbage truck and the assembly both start playing at the same time.

From 5th of December 2021 in the name of vivah Panchami rituals are performed and more than 10 loudspeakers are placed at various places causing unbearable noise..
at pachadi mahant campus VIP road Bengali Tola Darbhanga..
I am a doctor and lots of nursing home/ hospitals/schools are operating in this locality..
Pls do needful to stop this ..

Near my hose, there is marriage they have created so much loud noise at 8am today...we are not able to study or rest even on holiday. Sound is so loud...we are getting headaches.

In the name of chhath pooja, we are facing nuisance being played all day and night at a very high pitch and with added DJ effects. We need your help to manage this.
It is understood that Chhath pooja is there and people want some bhakti songs around, that does not mean this music (apart from bhakti geets) will be played 24x7 that too with DJ effects. This is torturous and needs to be controlled.
We need your help on this so that even if music is being played it should be pleasant and not a torture.

I living at jogipur chawk, south chitragupta nagar kankarbagh ...just behind my house, one open space plot...which is filled with garbage and always burn this ... continuously for 3 days by a person living there ...very difficult to live here.for all the people residing. please do something and give some suggestions for what to do ..?

The sound frequency is above 100db

I live in sanchi patti Hajipur district vaishali pin 844101. Here a tent house named vishwakarma tent house is playing loud music since last 5 days. The sound is unbearable to ears now. We have to do work from home, we can't talk on virtual meetings as they are playing the music very loudly. Please take necessary steps, the sounds of playing music must be low. Please help sir.

Even crossing by the factory front road becomes unbearable due to the black poisonous smoke.

I, Mayank Vijoy, live in Boring Road, Patna with my parents who are over 80 years old. There are two restaurants whose chimneys are open ended and face my front yard instead of facing upwards. As soon as the restaurant opens, at 11:00 am, toxic air is released towards our house. This has caused various respiratory issues for my parents. We have requested the restaurant to correct this multiple times, but they have always ignored our concern. I would be highly obliged if you could help me resolve this issue.

I live in kanakarbagh lohia nagar in my area everyday somebody burns trash, leaves, waste materials etc.due to it we can not able to take breathe properly and it creates pollution as well.

I am rakesh.in my village here near by my house is poultry farm. It create by smell and pollution. It is harmful for our health. Many time our family members get ill. Doctor segest that you are getting ill due to that pollution.

This practice is creating air pollution of toxic gas. Due to dumping of waste in open, it will pollute the ground water.

Sir, near my loving place their are several marriage halls. On of the barat over one of the marriage hall are doing lots of fireworks creating heavy noise (Large amount of noise pollution) around 11:00 pm to 2:45 am late night.
Because of this young children's, old citizens are getting irritated and it is also creating problem to sick people.

In our locality i. E. Beldari tola, near tilha mahavir asthan, gaya-823001, in every festival, the local people used to install the loud speakers and djs and play the music in a very high volume whole night. Due to this the people like us are not even to sleep or do any professional work. Further, if we ask to lower the volume., they used to say, "arey ab tyohar mein nai bajega to kab bajega!". Hence, we as a local citizen are facing this public nuisance in every festival whether it is of one day like shivratri and sarswati puja or of long duration like durga puja and diwali.

Sit, i am a student. I live at durgasthan, katihar, bihar. Sir here a furniture shop that belongs in residential area makes a lots of noise by wood cutter machine. Some people of here tried to explain this issue to shop owner but they don't respond. By this sound we have to face many problems. We can't study. This machine makes a lots of noise whole days. Sir, a factory has established in my village. That factory is producing more poisoning smoke. All the villagers effect this air every day. Plz sir you solve this problem. Becouse this is a serious matter for health. Some old and child people has breathing problem.
