I ordered a lucknowi chicken biryani, after a long time i thought to try Biryani Blues (BB) again coz last time i did not have a good experience, so i thought after a long time BB has improved, but i was wrong such a bland, tasteless biryani, and the chicken was not fresh as per the taste. Packaging was good but customer won't eat the package. I did not find three pieces of chicken in it. it was like you have purposely made them into three pieces by breaking them from one whole piece. Finally you have ruined my lunch as well as reputation in front of my friends. Kindly Rectify ASAP

Found cooked cockroach in the biryani. Such unhygienic places should be shutdown at once.

The food was delivered without me giving the confirmation code and I kept waiting who will pay the compensation for my time wasted.And I am not getting any support from Paytm Food Portal I have already complained

My name is yachna tiwari I order 30th aug 2022 arround 10p.m My Zomato order number 9345 I order veg biryani fiery paneer 65 biryani serves 1 but I received chicken 65 biryani in veg biryani box….i m bharam pandit my religion is wasted….nd i contact customer care there is no picked up call…. Restaurant number is not contact able….

Very bad behaving person at counter. Refuse to tell his name also. Kindly do needful to have soft spoken person at counter

My wife order veg biryani from biryani blues on swiggy at 1:45 am. But wrong order was delivered to me i am pure vegetarian and instead of veg biryani swiggy delivered me me veg non biryani. After the complaint they refunded the amount in the for of a coupon. What nonsense is this. I was hungry n ordered food but such silly mistake made me hungry whole night.

And there is nothing special in that

If they cannot give taste then stop fooling customer

Biryani blues has been selling aquafina water bottles at rs. 50. The mrp of water bottle is rs. 20. Inspite of warning them against illegal cost and order by supreme court to sell at mrp, they refused to sell at mrp. The company is earning more than double the profit illegally. Not sure from when they have been doing these illegal sales with higher cost. Request to initiate immediate action against them

I had dine in biryani blues restaurant in sector 50, noida. Before billing, i said i do not want to pay service charge. But restaurant manager said it is mandatory to pay service charge in addition to 18% gst as per company's policy. I had an argument with that it is illegal to charge like this. But he forced me to pay service charge of 5% in addition to gst of 18%.

We were forced to pay service change, which is voluntary charge according to goverment norms and can be levied only on customer's will.
We were also charged this over and above gst which includes all kind of indirect taxes
When we asked restaurant manager about this, he said it doesn't matter and they charge every customer like this only.
Strict action is required against such fraudsters
