Blushgirls On Instagram Complaints & Reviews

I ordered a shirt from Blushgirl Palak Chawla via WhatsApp. And she said she will give it via wefast the next day. She is absconding since then.
Have stopped replying on messages even though she reads it. Then she stopped taking calls. Neither have sent the product nor refunded it.
She is a complete fraud. Help me get my hard earned money back....

I placed an order of ₹3200 on her Instagram page on 3rd September 2021. I paid the amount via paytm. It’s been 2 months now I haven’t received my order.
