Fraud product supplied by Bomofy in the name of magnetic mosquito net

I had purchased magnetic mosquito net from Bomofy.This product is not as per advertisement and not compatible with my door.I have sent numerous mails on daily basis to Bomofy to take back the product and refund Rs.719 paid to them.

I purchased magnetic mosquio net.It is of no use as it can not be fixed on iron door frame.Its different from the one advertised by you.I have sending you emails on daily basis from date of delivery but there is no response from your side. I request you to return the product and make refund of 719 charged from me.

I purchased magnetic mosquito net on the basis of advertisement given by bomofy.The product is of poor quality, can not be fixed on iron frame of door.It was shipped through you.I have writing to bomofy since date of delivery but there is no response from them.I request that this product be returned and refund made to me
