I've ordered cloth hangers from the online website bomofy after coming across in youtube. The payment was successful but I never got any mail regarding the confirmation of the product and the delivery updates of it. It's been a month and after sending them several mails there are not responding to any of them. I would like to have a refund for my order.

The product after opening the pack found it in very dirty condition, with all the dirt inside the packet, it is having multiple stains of rust, so I want to return the same immediately.
Refund my money in my SBI credit card account through which it was paid to you, sorry to state, it was never expected the delivery of the product in bad condition, it should have been inspected before shipment, regret to state that we were struggling to track the order, there was lack of communications

How to stop my payment made through lazypay????

Same Product (Chinees make mobile holder 360 free rotation). Supplying At Around Doubled Rate After Giving Huge Discount. No Bill Generated After Online Payment. Guarantee Card Found Removed From Inside.

Payment transaction ID received through SMS but no order ID or e mail received
Today dt: 27/09/2022, i had placed an order for travel duffel bag Rs: 899/-, Transaction no : [protected], & immediately i received the transaction Id from PAYUIB, but no order placed details from BOMOFY, neither by sms or email, i was a bit surprised so on surfing net, i saw many complaints filed by consumers
This is purely pickpocketing, kindly should arrange to refund the amount.

I ordered travel duffel bag from bomofy today and paid rs 899 .but I didnt get my product confirmation yet.

Catch them..put them in jail

I ordered a car perfume dispensed through a toy plane on 4th Sept 2022 seeing ad on Facebook. I am eager to know when I will get it . I haven’t got acknowledgment.
Today I see a different company advertising the same product from your same location in FB. I am afraid that mine should be a genuine transaction. Pl reply .

Ordered "Nail-free adhesive screw wall fixing" for Rs.539/-, But I received a "Car perfume stand" which would hardly cost Rs.50/-. No address in invoice under "if not delivered return to", but found only a GST No.07CAPPS9390N1ZG which belongs Net Expert India (a proprietor concern) with address Bhikajicama Place, New Delhi, which seems to be fake one. I have not received any reply or refund. But I am going to contact PayU to alert them about the fraud, because in an earlier similar case PayU made the refund, as they are also responsible for being "payment gateway" to such a fraudulent company, and they are supposed to verify the authenticity and genuineness of a trader before accepting their request for being a payment gateway.
