They simply deny you placing any order if that's a prepaid. They will block you on Instagram if you report. Mails will bounce back. If its COD order, it will be processed in no time. None will pick up calls. They are crooks of first grade from Calcutta (srijit mondal - college passed Bengali) and East Delhi (operational office). I enclosed payment proof and order id but they just dont accept it or refund my money.

Someone with a police or lawyer's reference or relative, please kick their ### coz they are duping money from many people using unfair trade practices

I order 3 books (Rs 469 prepaid) on the 29th of spetember 2022, never recieved them and the seller is not responding to any messages for refund

I have seen reviews about boookD from other customers for not delivering all books and still I thought of trying it. But it’s true for my order of 3 books they delivered only 2 and neither refunded money so totally fraud site and not to go for it

I ordered 4 books from Boookd. It was a prepaid order. I only received three books. When I tried contacting them regarding the 4th book, they completely ignored the query. I advice you all to stay away from them.

Order placed for 25 books for 2400 rupees on 3rd July on Instagram messenger to a user with insta handle "bookD.com". Seller promised to deliver the package within 4-7 days of order placement. After receiving the payment, seller informed that he has dispatched the order and shared a tracking number. The tracking number was showing the status as "In Transit" for a very long time. On 24th July, the tracking number shows that the package has been returned to the seller. Since then, I am trying to reach out to the seller on his phone, instagram, etc., but he is not responding to my messages.
Payment was made on PayTM

I request a full refund from the Seller

I placed an order for 9 books on 24/7/22 and made the full payment.

I received my books 29/7/22. There were 2 books missing from my order.

I've been following up with Srijit Mondal, Shuvam Khan & Shanu regarding my refund for the books I haven't received.

They do not reply to my calls, WhatsApp messages or Mails.

I'm expecting a refund for the books I haven't received.

***Scam Scam Scam*** I ordered books 10 days ago. I contacted them on WhatsApp and Instagram. After a few days, I got the tracking link. After checking the link, to my surprise - books are not dispatched even after 5 days.

I asked them to resolve the issue soon but they did not care about it and afterward, they blocked me on Instagram. They are deleting my comments on social media.

My money is stuck with them. Losing a few hundred rupees is not my issue. It'll break the trust to support the local business. People like them must not be in business.

Go to their https://tinyurl.com/boookDMaps (Google business link) and write about your bad experience there. Everyone should be aware of them. No one should face a situation like this.

Hello team,

I have ordered 20 books (@27th of July 2022) and received only 2 books on 4th August 2022 . The 2 books are - The love Hypothesis and The Monk who sold his ferrari.
I have paid all the amount i.e Rs.2100 during delivery.
18 books are missing. Boookd said they will dispatch on 8th August 2022, but i haven't got any notifications till now.

I dm on instagram but they left me on read and cannot contact the number given.

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I ordered 11 books from boookd.com for 2980/- but only recieved 2 different books. No contact nos are working.

I had ordered a hardcover book and instead they sent me a paperback one. They are not responding to my messages and calls. Highly unprofessional.

I had placed an order for books with boookd.com on 26.07.22 and assured delivery on 1st august. There is no update on the delivery, either from the company or the delivery company. The amount was paid upfront for 24 books. The calls are not picked up in the given contact number nor response to the email sent.

Hi Team,

I ordered 11 books from boookd.com on 1st July 2022 (Order ID 13001). On 11 July 2022, I received the parcel and there were only two books namely ( The Hating Game and Two Can Keep a Secret).

9 books are missing. I had to pay the entire amount during delivery, Rs 1624 in order to receive the parcel.

Kindly let me know the procedure as i want refund of my money and want to return the item received
