I placed order on insta account of boookd, for 10 books and now they disabled their account on Instagram and the number of Srijit Mondal is +[protected], he is not picking up or replying, he only says he will refund n send books but nothing happens.. I have screenshots of payment details n every chat.

So I have ordered my books on 19 June 2023 form their Instagram page and pre paid for the books worth ₹500... It's been many days and I haven't received my order. I have been messaging them on insta and whatsapp even mailed them but haven't received any reply from their side... They blocked me on Instagram as well... They are scammers... Now reading how others have been scammed as well makes me sad

I had order books from this website before and got it before...so this time I ordered books worth 1000rs but ended getting only 4 books. The rest of the books weren't delivered with an excuse of being out of stock. After repeatedly messaging them, there is no reply. I realised that they have blocked me from all platforms. I want a refund for the rest of the books.
Before ordering a lot of reminders and queries were asked regarding placing the order. Now there's no response. It's very disheartening

I have places an order yesterday, 11 books worth 1, 100. I didn't get any information though I have purchased from them an year ago, so, I knew that there is some kind of message regarding the order. I have already paid ₹1100 to them. There is no response and they have blocked me.

Ordered 16 books yesterday and haven't received any confirmation. They've blocked me both on Instagram and WhatsApp. I know I've been scammed. How do we take action against them?

I had placed an order on 13june for 5books worth 600rupees. When asked if the books have shipped I receive a single yes. No tracking nothing.then when asked when will I receive the order no reply. I have been messaging them daily but no reply. This is very disheartening they are playing with our emotions and money. Just want a strict action.

They had a sale going on last month and i wanted to grab hands on some books i have been searching for months now. It's been a month now and i have not received my books. They are not replying to any messages neither are they receiving any calls. Initially they pretended to be a business of ethics with instant replies and receipts, as i have purchased earlier from their website i did not think they would do this.
Found out it's not only with me but with a lot of other people who have been fluked to believe them and got tricked. We are fellow readers with love for books and this dishonest bunch of Bengalis are just using our love to lul us into fraudulent.
I am a Bengali myself and this is so disheartening to witness how such ### are ruining the name of Bengalis
Want to take strict action against this ### ### before they eat up hard earned money of thousand others.

Have ordered 8 books but received only 7.it was an pre-paid order.When I started to query they replied for some 2 to 3 message and then ghosted me completely.

I purchased books from Boookd before, they try to show themselves as a sincere business but then they launched a sale on the 19th of May and sent us all a broadcast message informing about the sale. I made my book purchases and there was literally no sale like amount, but I wanted to have some vintage books so I went for it. These people have been constantly deleting our comments from their posts sections and they are behaving in a ridiculous manner, not even responding about anything. It has been one month since my order and the same has happened with many people. Someone named Srijit Mondol holds the account and he is a complete fraud. They are not even responding to our emails and they blocked us from their instagram page. I want my money back.

I ordered a book on January 4th and it's been 5 months and hadn't been delivered yet [Order ID- 26960] I prepaid for that book. I've been DMing them in both Whatsapp and Instagram for months, still not even a single reply.
When I got into the comment section of their Instagram page, ( to put a comment on their scamming to make others beware of this website) I was surprised to see there are ppls there who are all like me(who got scammed).

I ordered a book from the website on 17 December, 2022. Today the date is 16 April, 2023. The book was never delivered. Tried contacting them but of no use. Messaged them on Instagram but they have blocked me. Even deleting my comments on their posts. Total Fraud. Hundreds of book lovers are being scammed and no action is being taken from the authorities till now. Please take necessary action at the earliest.

I ordered from them on 2nd feb. Its been 3 months and I haven't received the order.
They are not receiving the call or replying. Their social media is active, doing everything but replying. Their website doesn't let you login. Its a scam through and through.

Ordered once, got half the books. Had to order again to receive all books. Then AGAIN! During the Dussehra sale of 2022, I ordered 9 books all prepaid. Didn’t receive even once! Messaged them continuously on Instagram and WhatsApp and received one liner replies. Soon later, they blocked me on all sites and no means to contact them. Honestly pathetic service! Never ever order from them.

Ordered 11 books and still haven't received them even though payment is already done. I had ordered a book previously and received it in a great condition. so i trusted the site and ordered 11 more but it's been over a month and haven't heard a peep about it. I tried emailing, calling, messaging but have received no response at all. PLEASE DO NOT BUY BOOKS FROM HERE.

Me too! Have been scammed by them as I also ordered 7 books worth rupees 800.. and the link was given to me by iit mandi's mail so I believed them and now all i can see is a scam!!

NEVER BUY⚠⚠ books from boookd.com, first, they are fake books in really bad condition and they are running some kind of scam business. I received only 5 books in really bad condition(xerox print) out of a total of 7 books that I ordered, they do not reply to your call, email, or messages on WhatsApp, and forget the money that you paid them. Be aware of this fake website. Do not buy books from boookd.com and spoil your experience of reading books.

I've placed order for Five: 21 Exciting Adventures!. No mail on confirmation of the order other than payment confirmation. They don't respond to what's up chat, phone, mail or any other communication. Its completely fake website now raised to dispute the transaction.

I placed an order of 7 books amounting to rupees 994 which was ofcourse prepaid. And I ordered them on 7th of January. 17 days later, and I still haven't received my order or gotten a reply to my questions. No one answers the call or checks the Instagram DMs. My order ID is 27160.

I ordered 25 books from them and offcourse prepaid for all. They send only 10 books after ~10 days. I messaged them for the remaining 15 books. They leave me on seen also my friends who reply on their post . Deleted the reply and block them . They are selling books. Running a business and don't even care about customers their money and also their love for books.they are doing the same with everyone.

I ordered a boxed set of Tintin paperback 23 titles on January 12, 2023, with order number 27484. Didn't get any message on my phone nor any email on my mail id. I had provided my mobile number and gmail address.

Well they never delivered my order, its been over 20 days. No response, no order update, no customer support assistance at all. On the top of everything, they have blocked me from calls and even restricted me from their Instagram account. The site is super fishy. Did I forget to mention that my order was prepaid? Well, you got an idea

I ordered some books on cod they delivered after 1 and half month ... And some books are missing. I immediately contacted them said what happened. They never Responded me back. Just rubbish fraudsters.

If your order is PREPAID, you are at the mercy of few BENGALI Bunch of crooks with some ### upbringing who don't give a damn about your love for books, the money you spent hoping to receive your order or the trust you instilled on them. MAILS - Bounce Back, CONTACT NUMBERS - None will pick up, INSTA - You are Blocked instantly. Only resolution is you collect some guts and take an action.
