I have been continuously following up with budgetair.in through emails but they are just saying it's with finance team and they are escalating the issue. However, there is no resolution time for the escalated issues. They are not providing my refund. I am in need of the money. Have sent 63 emails still no response. Even the airline has sent them the money back. Please help me get my refund...

I was booking 2 flight tickets on budgetair.in and after the final payment process, the booking was unsuccessful.

However, the full amount of INR 7696 was deducted from my account.

I tried contacting budgetair India customer care but they are simply throwing 'the ticket is not booked, hence no information available'.

I already know the ticket is not booked. But, why was the money Deducted then?br...
