Hey! I ordered 2 big crispy chicken burgers from burger Singh at 3:42 am on 21-06-21. My order id is [protected]. They served me raw uncooked chicken in both the burgers. I didn’t realise this before. After I took a bite I realised it was uncooked and completely raw. I have the video and images to support my claim. I wanna file a complaint against them

I have ordered 4 burger from burger singh outlet at sector 50 noida. I got delivery and when me and my wife stated eating it. My wife found a plastic peace in the burger.
We then immediately kept that burger aside as proof and have clicked two photos of the same.
If by chance she would have eaten that plastic peace. We can imagine what can happen. This a serious issue as we can't always check the food in every bite. We have a freedom to eat and eat good and safe product. But if such reputed companies like burger singh is not serious about such mistakes and doesn't even care about consumers life then in that case i have to take government help to find justice.
We can't wait for anyone to die and then respond to take action.
I want justification and wanted to speak with burger singh high official person who hold authority to answer my question.
I need your help my government, because these businesses have taken its consumers casual and doesn't even care about its life at all.
