Complaint regarding poor service and refund request

Dear Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from BYJU'S, Despite continuous efforts on my part, I have not received any response or resolution from their company regarding my concerns. This prolonged neglect and lack of communication have left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
To provide you with some background, my child, Unnati Singh, enrolled in the foundation course for 9th and 10th grade in the month of March with great expectations. During the initial conversation with one of their mentors, I was assured that if I wished to cancel the subscription within 14 days, it would be possible. Unfortunately, after experiencing the platform, I found it to be unsatisfactory, and as a result, I decided to cancel the subscription within the specified timeframe.
However, when I contacted your customer care service team to initiate the cancellation process and request a refund, I was met with repeated delays and unfulfilled promises. their representatives continuously assured me that another department would contact me, but its more than 3 months and I am yet to receive any communication from their company regarding this matter.
I would like to emphasize that the delay in refunding the amount of 56, 000 rupees, which is being deducted as an EMI every month, is causing significant financial pressure on me. I have been diligently following up with their customer care team, but the responses have been unhelpful and evasive. Moreover, the conduct of their customer care representatives has been unprofessional and disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable.
Considering the severity of this issue and the lack of response from their end, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further. If my subscription is not canceled and the refund is not processed promptly, I will be compelled to take legal action against BYJU'S to seek a resolution and protect my rights as a consumer.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that my subscription is canceled as per my request. Additionally, I request the prompt refund of 56, 000 rupees to alleviate the financial burden I am currently facing.
I expect a response to this complaint, and help me get my money back.
