Got link in email to confirm to delete Zestmoney account.
Confirmed account deletion by clicking the link received in email.
They asked to wait for 90 days.
Waited for 90 days.
Now they’re saying account deletion failed due to some error at their end.

On 26th Feb 2021, fraudster submitted Nach Mandate of Rs 79, 400 in favour of Camden Town Technologies Private Limited - Zest Money.
I got aware of this by HDFC SMS alert on Nach Mandate. On same day I informed HDFC bank and issued No debit instruction on my Salary Account. I also updated Cyber Cell of Samta Nagar, Kandivali East Police Station.

Dear Zest Money,
I have been following up with your team on chats and calls for the last 3 months. Your personnel keep mentioning that you will process payment by the next 10 days, 20 days but I am the only one making payments and not receiving the cashbacks.
Your Company policy clearly states that cashback will happen within 3 to 5 working days as per the mobile app.
If i miss my EMI you will charge me interest, but...
