On 26th Feb 2021, fraudster submitted Nach Mandate of Rs 79, 400 in favour of Camden Town Technologies Private Limited - Zest Money.
I got aware of this by HDFC SMS alert on Nach Mandate. On same day I informed HDFC bank and issued No debit instruction on my Salary Account. I also updated Cyber Cell of Samta Nagar, Kandivali East Police Station.
The fraudster had forged my PAN card signature on the NACH mandate. The Mobile no. [protected] and email ID [protected]@gmail.com does not belongs to me. I believe serious security lapses and many people are cheated by Zest Money.
Post this had received many call from Zest money, I updated them about the above status however calls from unknown numbers are threatening me for home visit on my Aadhar card address.
Now am applying for car loan and this is impacting my CIBIL score. My CIBIL is reflecting 2 entries of same day in the name of Ghalla unpaid amount of Rs 9500 each account [protected] and [protected]. 1 entry of Rs 41, 200 in the name of Incred account number DXMUM[protected].
Please take necessary action against this fraudster operating in the name of Zest Money and help in clearing this CIBIL issue. Have raised disputes on CIBIL but this is not getting resolved. Was this information helpful? |
