Raised a complaint on 22nd Dec 2023 till now there is no complete resolution.
Technician came on 30 Dec 2023 after many calls and changed valve which costed 550 and extraly added pressure valve which was not there before and it costed 450 and he took service charge of 300 for which the product is in warranty.
When he checked for 5 minutes there is no leakage and...

I have given complaint to candes services team about TV stabilizer and to customer care... their behavior are very worst and no body is responding either thru call or whatsapp... very very worst behaviour, wen complaint raised they said they would assign the technician to check stabilizer and it's been 3 months nobody came to check and not responding thru call and whatsapp... seriously I never seen this much worst services and team

Poor CUSTOMER service they never provide you any kind of HELP and service. I purchase the fan from candes my fan is stop working within a year. Than i complaint to candes company on every platform Email, whatsapp. But they are just saying pls wait our technician is coming to you. But the technician never come to repair my fan. This company only thing is know just sale but no service.Never buy any this company product or not suggest any one...
