I had purchased candes fan on 29th August 2021.Within 14 months the fan was dead. I had lodged a Complaint Number GJ-C[protected]st October 2022. There is no response from the company. The technician has not visited the place and provide service. In spite of continuous follow up with the customer service team, there is no response

The company executive send me message like Our service team visit to your address minimum 72 hours and maximum within 5 to 6 days on 31st October, 2022 but no one comes to my house
