I have purchased a electrical geyser from the Candes Technology Pvt Limited on 15.08.2023 and the same was recd thru flipkart. At the time of installation I found that water leakage from inside the geyser. Immediately I make an complaint to the company. I got a complaint number also. But so far the company has not taken any steps to resolve this issue....

I have raised the complaint related to the product which which is not working on 20 March 2023 and till now 12 Apr 2023 the Candes has not provided the resolution/service within the timeframe which was 4-5 working days. Contact the team multiple time to hear that the complaint is still showing pending and the part is on the way due to which it may takes 1-2 more days. I would like to escalate the pathetic service experience from Candes. I have raised a complaint on 14th Nov. and it's been 9 days my problem has not been resolved.

When I called customer care they just disconnecting the call by saying it will be resolved tomorrow every time i am calling them.

Even I got your area manager number also [protected] but this guy is even more pathetic he is not even picking...

I have bought candes florence fan from them . But the fan delivered was damage, the fan is making so much noise .

I have requested candes company to replace it, and they are only giving me excuses
It's been many days from the starting of the replacement days that I am asking for replacement but nothing provided yet...
