Kindly be informed, I bought two Candes 10 L Storage Water Geyser invoice is attached below for reference, Both have faults one of water leakage, and the other is burnout, for service I am struggling for more than one month, I would like to request please take on priority and do my service.

Service request no: Compliant Number: KA-C[protected]OPEN) 20/09/22 but service is not done yet.

I called many times service person 91-[protected] but he is not responding and I don't know when the service will be done.

I am struggling since 20/09/22, Please lodge an complaints and take appropriate action.
