I had ordered a kurti pallazo set from Cazina, but after repeated mails and raised return and refund, still no reply back till now, even website not able to open these days.
The product had very very poor quality, even size issues was there and no worth as per price.

They have fooled us.

The advertisements for its product are everywhere. But the product delivered was wrong and of substandard quality.
Ordered something different and they sent something entirely different. They have a [censored] return policy which cannot even be done.

I have ordered plazo and kurti set on 15th sep and it was delivered to me on 23rd sep, the product was not like as shown on the website it was a cheap quality, so i opted for returning it on the same day, I got an auto generated mail after that i mail multiple times but they don't give any response, so it's a fraud website.

I purchased a top and Palazzo set through cazina website...but I received a completely different and cheap product.. tried to contact them through mail and website...but not replying anything...then saw these reviews... They are doing this for a long time...actions to be taken immediately...they are literally cheating everyone...

I purchased two ladies suits from the site on COD basis. Goods were received of much lower quality and of different sizes. As per their policy I wrote them to take return of these products. After two emails and copy of photos of suits and the invoice, they agreed to take return. Twice I sent the courier back at the address given in the site and at the address given for return but the courier company could not trace the CAZINA or their return office ie. Nitya Creations. The invoice doesn't have their GST number. On the face of invoice courier is printed as Bluedart but is actually sent by PICKRR the courier aggregator. Strangely, the Pickrr also doesn't mention any phone number on their site too. Therefore, if you do not want to get CHEATED please do not purchase anything from them. This is a bogus company. Apparently all couriers and senders are hands in glove.

I had made a purchase from Cazina.in website, on cash on delivery. When I received the product i had to make payment first only then i could open the package. Upon opening the package I discovered that the product they showed on website was completely different and what I received was a really low quality rip off. Now they are not reverting on mail for refund and there is no customer care number that we can reach out to. They are absolutely fraud.

Image shown and product received are completely different. Want my money back. They are looting people. Please take necessary action immediately.

Pls do not buy from this online website as this is fake and quantity of clothes are very poor n cheap. And once u buy and paid no one will address your complaint about the clothes. And you will not get the refund as they have cheated many people. So pls pls pls do not buy from CAZINA online products....

I ordered one kurta set but quality is poor 0 quality.

I have order Palazzo set which was cost 799/- in offer and 50/- extra for shipping charges. But that kurta quality was so cheap that no body can wear it.
But I was having size issue so I have raise complaint then they asked me to send pics which I have sent them after that they said this is not wrong product so we can't refund you. After requesting they are asking me to send + 35% of deduction ( which they define as shipping charges) but already have paid for that then why shipping charges.

They are making people fool and not refunding a single Paisa to anyone

Store cheats people by shipping fake products. Do not buy from this Seller. Refund also does not happen.

Dress is made of very cheap quality cloth .. only one time wear like disposable dish. After one wash it will tear into thousand pieces. I advice to sellers to improve cloth quality otherwise customer will never buy again from your site. You are only fooling people.

QUALITY is not good n want to return

They took my money but no products

I had ordered a top and palazzo set for Rs 849 from this site
They showed display pictures of really good quality clothes
But what I had received in my package was something of absolutely pathetic quality
It wouldn't even cost 300Rs for those clothes
I had asked for a return and refund of my delivery
They haven't even responded to my return-refund request
The website also says that I should bear the return parcel charges

Defective, torn and poor quality product

This is a ghost company with zero details when it gets to getting in touch with them. They are non existent.
They are selling poor quality apparels at affordable rates to lure people. Oil ordered 2 sets and nothing was worth at all. I have made a payment of 1700 for 2 orders and tried reaching out to Bluedart for their help but the COD option directly credits the money to these scamsters. So Cazina, Pickrr and Bluedart are all involved together.

They refused to return my money and they betrayed me and cheated me with their photos

They sold me dress worth 200/- in 850/- rupees and fooled me by showing beautiful pictures... I want that they should be punished as soon as possible.

I ordered dress from this site and that time I ordered they show the return request but after delivery they are not showing the return request and all numbers that are given in website and customer care that all are fake numbers.

23/04/2022 i ordered Top nd Palazzo product . They sent defective pics nd quality wise it was vey bad, I called the same time but number is not reachable nd address is also fake .
So i checked from my sources tht everything was fake on website .
Lots of nagative reviews nd complaint of website .
So plz stop the website as soon as possible .I am sharing few urs review plz check it out .
I hope positive response comes from yours side .

Biggest fraud, they sent products of the worst quality ever and now won't reply to emails, don't have a helpline number and completely leave you in the dark with these low quality knock offs, do, not, buy, or, fall, for, this. Do your research prior to making a purchase.

I have ordered clothes from this website amount 799/- .I received it on 26 April 2022 from the picker: bluedart received this message "Arriving Today! Then this arrived i paid 849/- to courier partner then immediately i send that back from shreeanjani courier service this is the link of courier from which I returned it back "www.shreeanjanicourier.com" my courier ID is [protected].

I want to lodge a complaint and redressal of this as soon as possible and want my money back with damage and extra cost.

This shopping website is a total fraud. They lure customers by displaying pictures of good quality dresses on 50% off ( like 1599 now available for 799 only) pan Indian cash on delivery. And had to pay extra for courier charges. After placing order I didn't get any confirmation email, instead got text message after dispatch from some different shop not Cazina.In. Product received through BlueDart before given delivery date. The product which I received and what I ordered is totally different in terms of colour, quality, size and price. The received product won't be even of Rs. 200/-. I have uploaded pics of what I ordered and what I received. ITS A SCAM ..LOOTING PEOPLE'S HARDEARNED MONEY

I ordered a set of kurti and plazo and it cost me about 850 rupees. I don't get the product as it was shown in the picture . It is really of the worst quality.

I order one top and palazzosett I received another item and cloth also very baad not value for money I check how to return there is no option only showing pending approval contract number also not available actually this company cheating for people please take action immediately
