Complaining about feather in chicken tikka roll
I have order one chicken tikka roll and bhelpuri with 2 tea vide order no. [protected] at 18:45 hrs. While eating I found one feather inside the chicken tikka roll, which is not at all acceptable. It is negligence on the part of chaayos quality team. I need strick action on this issue.

Fraudulent Activity by Chaayos

This is an ongoing complaint. Previously I had raised a complaint about my prepaid Chaayos Bazar order done via their app, where the order was accepted but not delivered. Moreover, their tracking link wasn't even working; there wasn't any update via sms/email/whatsapp, and even after raising an immediate complaint through their customer care number and email there wasn't any immediate response! 6 hours after raising the complaint their Assistant Manager Supriya Solanki mails me asking the order no. even though it was mentioned but I resent it and since then no response has been provided!
The icing on this cake of 'Fraudulent' is the Orders section of their app which earlier was not even displaying the tracking page but now is showing that the order is Cancelled! And if the Chaayos Bazar cancelled my order then why have they not Refunded my money! Why weren't there any updates in the first place!
It's been more than 24hours since the placement of order and the first raised complaint yet no resolution has been provided!

No delivery of prepaid order

I had placed a Chaayos Bazar Order on May 16th 2023 at 11:13 am.
No update has been received either cia sms, mail or whatsapp.
The order was placed from Chaayos app and under the orders section their tracking link is not working!
after 20 minutes I immediately called on their toll free number but no response.. the call keeps disconnecting!
Then I had sent an email, still no response. Then I trued Whatsapp chat support which apparently is of no use because it's bot controlled and did not address my issue.
I demand an immediate resolution such as a proper update and tracking of the order or else refund my money asap

I was at Their delhi airport’s outlet. It was 5 around in the morning .. i thought of having tea from Chaayos. I ordered 130/- ~ for the ilaichi tea.. bit it tasted like uncooked n dip tea.. so i asked them to cook it for a while .. but they didnt .. and the tea was pathetic ! Never gonna buy tea from Chaayos .. service and quality both are pathetic...

Cheating and fraud by management of chaayos

We received a sms message from chaayos offering 50% discount on bill for ordering on 15 August 2022 . On reaching Logic mall Sector 32 noida and ordering for snacks etc for a bill of Rs 740, the waiter refused to honor the sms for 50% discount and gave a discount of Rs 100 only. This is sheer cheating and fraud on the part of chaayos management and we will boycott visiting chaayos henceforth . Thanks for the grand offer and friendly policy of cheating and misguiding the customer .

Behavior of Chaayos Faridabad Sector 15
It was the first time I went to Chaayos with family today.
It took around 20min for Mr. Ishwar who tool the order. He gave 1 tea in around 5min. 2nd tea in 10min and 3rd tea we were waiting till 20min. I went to Mr. Ishwar and he was always busy on phone. Nearly 20min when we didn't received the 3rd order, so i requested to cancel the order. Seeing his behaviour he was least concerned. I came back to my seat and went again after 5min. And asked him for refund. He said ok and said to his staff member "Inko Chai bhi de de aur refund bhi". I told him i waited for more 5min when i cancelled the order, but no-one came from your staff. Finally he returned Rs 100 to me. The refund was not the point, but the time i wanted to spend with family was ruined.
How much time should 3 tea take? And all 3 be given together or customer has to go and pick 3 times one by one?
Seeing today's experience the other Tea companies are much better than Chaayos.
Not a good experience with Mr. Ishwar and won't go to Chaayos Specially Sector 15, Faridabad.

I ordered Bun Omlette and they deliver samosa chat
When you complain the customer care sweetly tells you that it was a mistake and u will get a refund
Which means there is no value for what you order
This has happened twice with me

Double card payment fraud

On 27th February 2021, I went to the DLF Mall of India (First floor) outlet of Chaayos along with my family. We ordered 1 Honey Ginger Lemon tea priced Rs. 139 and 1 Gur Wali Chai priced Rs. 109. Our order total, including the tax, summed up to Rs. 260. While making the payment, I paid with my debit card. The staff member on the counter said the payment wasn't successful and made me put in my pin again. I later checked that the payment of Rs. 260 was made twice. Henceforth, I was scammed.
I have emailed them multiple times regarding the issue and the authorities have reverted back saying they'll pay back 'ASAP'.
The refund is still not made.

Similar incident happened with me, I made payment using the paytm wallet and payment was deducted from wallet but it was not reflecting in chaayos app. they made me to do another payment and said it will reverse in 2-3 days. Today is 5th day still hvn't got refund.

Incorrect GST rate charged

Charged 18% gst on the items purchased, additionally charged 12% on one of the item called 'modinagar shikanji' in the name of cess. Technically charged 30% gst on one of the product.
Per gst law, ac restaurant (Other than 5 star hotels) can charge only 18% on the items purchased. On raising the query, location owner not aware about any things and saying this is the way system is designed. Further, informed being they are purchasing the material from another state that is why they are charging additionally as cess.
