Its been a year now and i have not received the refund. 4 to 6 months have passed since they replied after I asked for the refund....

Its been now over a year since I order my deathnote all in one edition but i didn't received it even after reaching out to them so many times.They agree to give me another book but it wasn't worth the money I paid. I asked for a refund and its been four to five months but i didn't receive any. There are so many proof against them but this is the recent one....

Its been 7 month since I order my all in one death note edition but they always give me reasons like there is no response from publishers and drag that order for 5 months after that when I asked for exchange and gave 3 books which I would like to order for time being and rest I will order later but they only sending me a book worth of around ₹680 in exchange of my payment of around ₹2600 and when I asked for other books and refunded they...
