I had taken a car loan for my maruti vagon-R DL-9CN 8229 vide HPF No. CEJ[protected] which I have cleared/prepaid on 09/08/2010, but I have not received the NO Due Certificate and other relevent documents/foms for clearing HPF, Please do the needful at the earliest as it has taken more than 20 days.

Maruti Suzuki — Non receipt of RC BOOK

On 28/07/11, I have submitted one complaint on subject against M/s Sai Service, Chicalim. Till now no information regarding my RC book is received from M/s Sai Service, Chicalim.

Please help me to get my RC Book, since already 3 month has passed to registration of my Car.

I have taken Maruti citicorp loan no:CEJ[protected] and already got NOC and Form-35 with chennai seal in Both NOC & Form -35.
where as In my RC Book your address is as under;

Now RTO - Yeshwanthpur Bangalore is insisting form -35 with above seal.

I purchased one maruthi 800 car in 2007 at Maruthi Dealer in Tirupur, M/S.Shasthi Cars.(Tamil Nadu) with loan from Citicorp Maruthi Finance. Now, the entire loan amount paid about 30 months before. But I could find any info about finance company to get form 35. Can any body can help in this regard?

I had purchased a Maruti 800 DX on 14th March 2001, bearing registration number OR-5L-2672 under Registering Authority Cuttack, Odisha from your dealer / branch THE CITY SHOPPE, MULTI BRAND CAR SHOWROOM, Chintamaniswar, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar-751006, Odisha under finance & the said acc no is DEJ[protected]. The said finance was cleared by February-2004, also am getting finance clearance letter dated 27th Feb-2004 & hypothecation termination letter of Citicorp Maruti Finance Ltd. Due to my personal problem am unable to do the hypothecation termination at the RTO, Cuttack.

Therefore I would request you may re issue one fresh letter / mail to Regional Transport Officer, Cuttack, Odisha with a mark cc to me, for this purpose if you have any charges / payment required am ready to pay.
