Very very poor and hilarious bus service, , pasengers were treated like slaves in bus, , i travelled from delhi kashmiri gate to haldwani.. On 28 may 2022 on bus no. UP 22 8344, with ticket manager bacchi bhai and driver name DHARMA, , .i came literally standing in bus.. They did not even provide me a seat.. And the driver dharma ..very illmanered guy.. Even the ladies were treated very badly in bus.. Never ever prefer city heart travels.....

I hv booked 5 tickets from manali to delhi from city heart travels whose office is situated in kashmere gate new delhi...
We have said that they were giving the mercedes benz ac bus but they gives us volvo bus...
Also when we arrived to panipat the tyres of the bus got burst and we call to the company...
The company said to provide refunds in paytm account and we reach to destination by self...
Now they neither...
