The club Meridien,

They had taken out money if Rs. One lakh by cheating, now company closed and they are not providing our company.
Please help this

I had bought a package from Club Meridien in November 2022 for approx 1 Lac. They had committed 35 days package valid for 5years. But now all concerned nos are put of service. provided website and link are not in order.

No possibility of contact with the company. Its a complete fraud. Please let me know if any one is aware how to take next action on this.

Club Meridien is a fraud company. I have paid 2 lacs and not heard from them. They don't answer.

Need my refund

I had purchased a membership from Club Meridien on 13.11.2022 for providing hotel service for 10 years (7D/6N every year) by paying an amount of Rs. 1, 75, 611/- (Rs. 1, 00, 000 as 24 EMI and Rs. 75, 611/- down payment). The service was purchased at Hotel Novatel, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow UP. The reference no. of purchase is CM/10/2022/1995 dated 13.11.2022. The purchase included following complementary service also i.e. one movie ticket for 4 person, one VLCC voucher for RS. 10, 000/-, a 4D/3N stay for couple at one of the given location (inland) and a 4D/3N stay for couple at one of the given location (foreign).

2. Club Meridian has cheated me by taking Rs. 1, 00, 000/- in full from my credit card instead of 24 EMI as per their commitment.

3. I had availed the complementary services except the 4D/3N stay for couple at foreign location. I had also availed on hotel service as per contract at Ujjain for one night during April 2023.

4. Later on Club Meridien did not provide the service to my Katra tour by giving a wrong reason. Further Club Meridien is not providing any service at all to me.

5. Now Club Meridien is not responding to may e-mails since 13.07.23 and not responding to my phone calls since 19.07.23.

6. It is requested to help me for refund of Rs. 1, 75, 611/-.

I was given a 10 year package worth 145000 in 2018. No calls received, no bookings made, they are still duping! Have all documents to support.

Club meridien a unit of courtyard holidays pvt ltd has offered membershipno CM/10/2021/1612 dated[protected] for 10 years for Rs 148611/-, which have been paid by my credit card. They have told that Rs 148611/- convert into EMI for which interest will be paid by the company but after 22 months they have not paid the interest part, after repeated request but now i came to know that the company is fraud, no telephone nos, email are working, i have forwarded complaint to their addresses 406/252 J Sai Plaza, Sant Nagar East of Kailash, New Delhi ; B Wing, 006 Sheetal Chhaya near Lokhandwala circle, Andheri West Mumbai and 67/3 2nd floor zamrudpur Greater Kailash, I.N Block, New Delhi and also to PMO office but all complaint came back without delivery except PMO office. I had lost my hard earned money. It is requested that can anyone can help me to get my money back.

I had bought a package from Club Meridien in 2022 for 28000 . The dealing sales person was Prarna Sharma whose photo is also attached .
They had committed 14 days package valid for 4 years . But now all phones are off and mail deliveries are failing .The website is also down.

No possibility of contact with company .
They have done complete fraud .
It was assured by the company.

I took the membership in the month of May 2022 and just used only 1 night that also after calling n times and got booked the hotel i purchased 5 years plan for 85000 and whenever i try to reach there landline it is out of coverage and when calling to RM naming Mira Kaur she is not replying saying accounts will update for interest reversal you will get the response over email and when i am trying to book the hotel no one is responding. They are fraudsters and looters. This can only happen in India as the government doesn't take a strong steps against these fraudsters and even might be giving bribe to these. Anyone of customers who is ready to fight through legal case can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com pls do provide me your contact no. So further actions could be taken through legal mode.

I have bought this membership 2 years back and I had taken on emi of 85000 rs and they told me that interest on emi will refunded to you but after so many follow up and calls they didn't refunded emi interest, and now I want to book holidays and trying contact their executive they are not responding and their landline number is out of service site is not working and not responding the mails, want lodge official complaint about them.

I also fell in their trap in September 2022 and purchased their package for 4 years; 21 days and they swiped my card for rs. 50, 000/- instantly. After much fight they provided us our 1st booking for 2 nights in Jaipur which was not their property also. Thereafter since last 6 months we have been asking for further booking but they are simply bluffing us with all lies in sugar coated replies. Let me tell U they are only found in a single phone no. which has no WhatsApp access and single email id. It is a complete fraud company and they are still looting innocent customers and we should stop their activities and punish them. They still run their activities of brain wasing customers and loot them at night in Ibis hotel, Gurgaon.
Please let us join together against this anti social gang and catch them.

They have charged the amount and whenever we try to book any location, they refuse by giving excuses like the partnership is over with that location or book other locations. The location choice is ours and it's there duty to book our desired location. The police complaint should be filed against them.

I have taken holidays package from club meridian last year in feb 2022 and till now i have not taken any of holidays yet from them and whenever i have send them so many emails for my plan they never responded and did not give me any holidays so please try to help me out and refund my charges all

I registered by paying 2 lacs and not availed even one holiday.

I have taken a membership on 2022 and 4 time i have send a mail and call they are not giving any service and not giving any aqurate answer

We take club meridien membership for 15years @ 157250rs. On 6/3/22 with enrolment no.cm/05/2021/1532.After that whenever I tried for booking they never responded properly.They cheat us on the name of courtyard group.
I request you to help us to refund our hard earned money.

Wrong commitment by company sales manager, now customer care is not giving any satisfactory response. Doing harrasment.

I paid them 1 lacs and bought the biggest package. In last 6 months I’m chasing them but they don’t give a single booking. Everytime new excuse, sometime I’m too early and need to email only 7 days prior. Sometimes I’m too late as hotels sold out even when 1 month is left for the dates. They ask extra money for hotels everytime and Super bad customer care who threatens that I can go ahead for legal case and nothing can harm them. Jo karna hai kar lo types.
I’m determined to initiate 420 case as I have all emails and call recordings saved.

Hello, we were also cheated by Sanjay singh roy and Shabir Ali (his associate)...they charged us 80000 on July 22nd and now nowhere to be found. Please let us know if any of you got any information from cyber cell or police. We were cheated in bhopal. Looks like these guys are traveling different cities and doing this frequently.

Food was awesome. Room was very comfortable. The staffs were very sweet and very good Hospitality & Service. Will visit again very soon

I purchased the membership of Club Meridian (a unit of courtyard holidays pvt ltd) as they said. I paid 70000 for 5 years membership. I was planning a vacation so I sent the mail many times for advance booking. The Manager who attended us was Sanjay Singh Roy. I have tried calling him many times but he is not responding. I have sent the mail for refund as well but haven't received the reply yet. It's completely harassments even I paid all in advance.
