Thank you for delivering the product. But I am very sorry to say that I am not able to use the product after first time putting to my palm. I got very nervous as it vibrated so vigourously on my palm for massaging on my mother's knees. The high vibrations frightened me for second use.
It will be very grateful of you if you please agree to take back the item at whatever price...

Received faulty product, plus it was buy one get one but they gave only 1 product...

The under mentioned product delivered differs from the product shown in the advertisement. Also there are scratches on the strap provided in the box.
