Thank you for delivering the product. But I am very sorry to say that I am not able to use the product after first time putting to my palm. I got very nervous as it vibrated so vigourously on my palm for massaging on my mother's knees. The high vibrations frightened me for second use.
It will be very grateful of you if you please agree to take back the item at whatever price you can.
Definitely your item is good, but I am very afraid. So please guide me to send back the item to you at the earliest. I will be very thankful to you.

Received faulty product, plus it was buy one get one but they gave only 1 product

The under mentioned product delivered differs from the product shown in the advertisement. Also there are scratches on the strap provided in the box.

As per the trail mails, the email id of the company is also bouncing and seems to be fraudulent in nature and the customer care no.[protected] also seems to be fraudulent in nature.
