As per the trail mails, the email id of the company is also bouncing and seems to be fraudulent in nature and the customer care no.[protected] also seems to be fraudulent in nature.
We request you to please look into the matter and arrange for the return of the product as soon as possible and also arrange to refund the amount of Rs 4299/- charged.
