We had a team lunch in copper chimney indiranagar bangalore on 10 - april - 2019. We went around 15 people and we had the buffet meals which was 635 and order some additional stuffs as well. The service was horrible and there was no proper supply from the shop people as the servers are less in numbers. Hence the service was not good. Copper chimney restaurant is charging extra 3% charges on total bill in the name of service charge. This is incorrect and unfair trade service. What is the use of implementing gst then. They should first ask customer before applying any extra charges.

Also, recently i had bad experience there. They charged me for two daal tadka but served only one....
