Copper Chimney — charging service tax twice over the gst

Hi team,

We had a team lunch in copper chimney indiranagar bangalore on 10 - april - 2019. We went around 15 people and we had the buffet meals which was 635 and order some additional stuffs as well. The service was horrible and there was no proper supply from the shop people as the servers are less in numbers. Hence the service was not good. We have ordered for softdrinks and some starters which we have received post having the lunch, after reminding 5 times to them.

While billing, they are charged us service tax 10% & 5% on top they have also charged us gst 5%. Attaching the bill for further reference.

So could you please take an appropriate action, why they are charging service tax twice, when there is already a gst is there?
