I have received wrong watch and it's a complete fraud. I have ordered a Crossfit - Smart Watch through order no. Order ID : #34346 on 23/04/2024 and the said order was received on 29/04/2024.

I Have ordered A Crossfit smart watch through the Website https://www.crossfit.net.in/contactus.php on 20th April 2024, and it was delivered on 29th April 2024 by the Delivery Partner is Shiprocket.com, the product was damaged and is not working.

I purchase it from website it was not working now I paid the amount also...

I have ordered a smart crossfit watch at a cost of rs.2, 000/- as per the choice of specifications. However, the company has delivered a watch which is not as per my specification and also looks to be much inferior to the original shown which selling. No response to the mails. No response to the whatsapp number provied by them. I think many consumers have been cheated by this company. Immediate action to be taken aginst "crossfit" before many thousands of consumers are trapped.

The smart watch just dosent switch on, there is a slight light which is visible but it dosent swtich on.

ThE CROSS FIT COMPANY IS FIRST TIME IN INDIA AND DOSENT HAVE AN INDIAN CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER and its permitted to sell.

As per our order and specifications described on the portal about the product, we have not received the same. The colour and Specification described are very bad and not matching as shown at the time of order of Crossfit Smart Watch items. First of all, they send me different product what I had ordered. The smart watch which I received had so much scratches on it and further more the delivered smart watch does not getting switching on which means they send me dead smart watch. I tried to call their service center on WhatsApp [protected] but they are not responding anymore .

Kindly support I want my refund of money which I paid 1999 INR

I tried to call the What'up Number ut the same is ringing and no reply given.

Kindly arrange the return & refund process.

I received a used and old dead product with bad packaging. Shiprocket is the courier that delivered. I couldn't reach the CrossFit company via email / WhatsApp

I had ordered CrossFit smart watch on 11th nov 2023 and smart got delivered on 17th nov 2023. First of all, they send me different product what I had ordered. I had ordered black but sent me Orange one. I'm trying to reach the supplier since day one of the delivery, but not getting any response on their given WhatsApp Number [protected], or email [protected]@crossfit.net.in

While Contacting at the email, replying:
"Dear Customer,
Kindly reach us on WhatsApp [protected] for quick response.
Thanks & Regards,
Team CrossFit."
and when trying to reach via WhatsApp [protected], no response is given.

Have ordered a Smart Watch my Order ID was 30699441 on 6/10/2023 and it was delivered at my given address on 13/10/2023. When in evening I reached at my home and saw the Watch. It had a Orange Colored Band, I did not taken interest to look further, I kept it as it was. And sent a message on the next day on the WhatsApp Number [protected] given on the Invoice.
