I have ordered a Crossfit - Smart Watch through order no. #31559 on 24/01/2024 and the said order was received on 30/01/2024.

As per our order and specifications described on the portal about the product, I have not received the same.

I had ordered golden colour of smart watch but sent me defaulted smart watch and Black one belt. I'm trying to reach the supplier since day one of the delivery, but not getting any response on their given WhatsApp Number [protected], or email [protected]@crossfit.net.in
I have paid Rs:1999/- with courrier Xpressbees .Surface(CODE:[protected])Routing Code:S2/S-65/2A/505
Requesting refund my amount.
