She is pakka fraud, her name is dhivya Vikram who is selling kerala outfit in online doing scam activities and illegal marketing Government should take action against them... Please people be alert ⚠️ . She is a big fraudulent. Lots of people money are cheated by her. Kindly higher officials should take action against her.

Exactly, we paid 49000 for 46 pieces. And we received only 21 pieces, we paid before 32 days and didn’t received the items yet. The sales staff takes money saying they have ready stock. But after transferring the money she will say, they will send in a week, it’s been 1 month already and they won’t send any tracking number nor money refund,

I have ordered 2 dhavani set 1/5/23. I received only one item. When I message about the missing item, they said its two shipment. But untill now I haven't received the item I paid for. Later I tried to contact them through watsapp, messenger, email, and direct call but no response from their side. No reply to my messages.
Looks like a fraud online business.

Didn't receive the product

I ordered dhavani set on Aug 8, 2022 but not received my product till now and they are not responsing to my message. They didn't provide tracking id and details.

I’ve orders this Dhavani on may 10th you said 10 days is the shipping time… its almost a month no respond from you… I booked this dress for my marriage… You guys are not bothered to pick the call and answer or text me… Either I want my product or refund my amount…

I have ordered 2 set of kerala skirt and blouse from Db kerala sarees online through their whatsapp and transferred 52 us dollar (INR 3850) on March 13 2022 (via paypal to [protected]@yahoo.com.)
They said 7 working days to dispatch. 15 days later i have tried to contact through WhatsApp and instagram but they are not responding my calls, messages and deleting my comments from their instagram page. The company is not willing to look into this matter and ignoring their clients. The is not professionalism. i am going to file a cyber money laundering case against this company If they are not responding within 5 days

Noolukett combo
I have ordered for a noolukett combo and payed on 16 march 2022, untill april 3rd its not received.i have tried to contact through wtsup and Instagram but they didn't respond properly, they have spoiled our function with this irresponsible behaviour

I had Ordered 4 sarees and 2 dhotis from "Db Kerala Sarees online: though their facebook page and transferred Rs 7450 on 1/09/2021 (Account Name: V Divya Vikram, Account Number: [protected], SBI Chennai, Jawahar) from my SBI account (Reference No. IT00HEPDN6Rs3450 and IT00HEPBQ2 Rs4000).
The delivery of products were to 3 different addresses. Till September 13th nothing was received, so I started asking tracking information....
