The payment was through "payU" and after completion of payment, only I was able to take a screenshot of the return page for order -PFA, but the merchant neither sent 'sms' regarding to the details of order to registered cell phone, nor an email to my email address. I have made an online order for CD DRIVE from dealbazars.com on 18/02/2022. I have made the payment of Rs 199 through CREDIT CARD but I have not received the item till now. I have also not received any further email, message or call regarding delivery of the item.
