I have made an online order for an Otoscope from dealbazars.com on 02/02/2022. I have made the payment of Rs 199 through Bhim UPI but I have not received the item till now. I have also not received any further email, message or call regarding delivery of the item. I tried to contact number and email they had provided on the website but both of the communication details seem to be invalid.
