Have ordered 4 bags of rice and one bag of ata on 2nf July 2022. Order Number is 6410096. Rice is totally damaged and coming detergent smell. I have already made complain to return of the product. 28 Days is over and I did not receive any resolution. Return has not been executed and support executive is not cooperating with me, They have only return policy but they did not pickup the damaged items. three bags are still seal packed and one is open as i used first time and never used after first time.
I have written complain to them to refund money and return the items but they are still saying processing but not taken the return.
I have attached all complain number in the attachment and also product details.

I have ordered grocery on 24 July 22 due date 25 July 22 payment made from mobwik but not delivering when complaint they have given delivery man no who is not in company job when told them they are not listening not giving money back to my wallet they are fraud. Ordered on [protected] phone bag id 67041235 of 481 rs.

I have paid online Rs.2219 to Dealshare on 15.7.22 under bah id.66035469. After that mo response from them, I have not received the items even on 21.7.22. Customer service people also not responding. No option for cancelation. Kindly help.

I ordered 04 items from Dealshare..Bag ID 61574059 of Rs 529.But neither those are delivered nor they refunded...very poor customer service...request you not to buy from Dealshare.full creating company. Always shows out for delivery.

On 2nd July i ordered, but yet goods are not delivered. Tried to call several times times in call center and every time got a repeated answer that you have to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
Today approx 14 days went off. Even that requested for refund the amount again story remain same.

This complaint is regarding the refund of my order id 60616614 dated 13 Jun22 which was cancelled by me on the same day. I have spoken with the customer care desk of Dealshare on my issue and they assured that the refund would be executed in 2 days time, which was not received till date. Thereby I have spoken 6 times at Dealshare Customer care desk but till date haven't received my refund amount nor any satisfactory resolution on my complaint. Even I have asked for a callback from their grievance cell, even that has not happened till date. This is been a month now and hence escalating my complaint to the forum.

request for your assistance in the refund of my amount.

I ordered the product on 31 May and pay the online amount but still product is not come whenever I call customer care they tell product is delivered so I tell the customer care we not get a product so they always tell to wait 24 hours. After that when we call again they do same, they continue this from above 1 months we call customer call daily but still problem is not solved or refund money back. I want to file again customer care and dealshare.I request to take the stickly action on this

I have place order ID DS[protected] on 19th september, it's been 7 days they have not delivered it and there is no point of contact to reach them to know about the same. I call on number it's always say their executive are busy and call get cut, i tried to msg on whatsapp but automated msg came stating that will get order in 24-48 hrs now it's been 48 hrs no updates from dealshare.
I just want to know why they are running the business when they can't able to deliver the order and take public money.. Is this way they are looting public.& this company banned for cheating public. They don't have any point of contact to reach them. Its really frustrating to keep trying to know about the delivery when u have l already paid for this product it and in the app there is no options available for cancellations or refund to bank. Its ridiculous and dealshare are harrassing public mentally and financially. Strict action is required.

I have ordered groceries from dealshare. I haven't received groceries after 10 days too. I have received msg of order delivered which I haven't received. Executive call me when I mail them issue they says order will deliver to you tomorrow but I haven't received and he is also not receiving my call now. Contact no of executive is [protected]. Plz take strict action against them. I haven't received refund too I have paid money online

Dealshare ke dwara Jo 3% wala dealshare dost ka program hai uska incentive mujhe abhi nhi dala gya hai mere account me ye phle monthly payment ho rha tha but ab kafi time se dealshare ka 3% mere account me nhi aaya hai costumer service pr call krte hai to khte hai ki humne ye program close kr diya hai jabki ye abhi bhi dealshare app pe chal raha hai please mujhe mera dealshare dost ka incentive mere account me bhejwane ki kripa kre

Maine 28 April ko 303 rs ka order placed Kiya tha jiska payment online tha and is order ko teen part me deliver Kiya tha jisme se ek madur sugar 5 kg ke 180 rs the Jo deliver boy cash ki kh ke le gya jiski maine costumer care pr complaint bhi or mujhe yh kha ki aapki complaint darz ho gyi hai or 5-7 din me refund aa jayega but koi refund nhi aata or main har 5-7 me call krta hu to thi jawab aata hai wait kr lo aa jayega aaj mujhe 50 din se jyda ho gye hai but refund mujhe abhi tk nhi mila so please provide proper solution of this complaint

I have ordered 2 packets of Indian Raisins and paid for the same on 4th June 2022, but got only one delivered on 5th June 2022. App showing 2 qty delivered.

No response after raising complaint to customers care 4-5 times.

They keep on telling our team is working on the issue.

Dealshare pe maine bahoot sare saste order placed kiya . Or jab bhi kiya to ye in sare order ko cancel kar deta hai or kehta hai ki ye koi kami ke karan orderer cancel ho gaya hai. Or hame hamara product deliver nahi ho raha hai.

Its ridiculous and dealshare are harassing public mentally and financially. They never delivered product on time is this your service I am just fed-up with these guys people do online order for there feasibility not for headache and mental torcher
Strict action is required.
i have order product 3 time in the duration of 6 to 8 month, first time Bad Insect Walnuts They Have Delivered, then second after so many calls they have delivered after a month, now this

Dont buy anything from here, they take money from you and dont delivered your order, suddenly it will show your ordered is delivered. My 20th and 21st orders are not delivered, Customer Care not take any action. I am waiting from last 30 days.

I booked 3 products amounting to rs 627 in dealshare online app, still the products not delivered, out of 3 only 1 product came for delivery twice and that too asking money saying its a cash on delivery option, but i have paid full amount online, there is also no place for return and get my money back.Complained to dealshare twice but no positive result, now their customer care is not connected at all.I have cancelled one product as othet product cannot be cancelled, its show cancelled and refunded but i did not get any refund at all.Kindly do the needful so that i get my money back

Paid on-line on 26-Oct-2021 & it displays order delivered in next couple of days. No tracking after innumerable calls with them. Ultimately on 3-Nov- 2021 they said refund request generated and it will get credited with in 5-7 days. Now after 5+7 = 12 days no refund.
